Our website performs differently in each region and sometimes, the design (which mainly comes from our headquarter doesn’t necessarily relevant and provide us a good performance).
In this case for our /au website, we feel the need to redesign our homepage entirely but (still) maintain the consistency. Below are some development (currently underway) I developed, based on our UX research / journey mapping, on how we should re-structure the content along with different layout presentation. This way we present all the information the user is looking for (when the landed to our website) in one single page. In this project, my responsibility would be to lead to design process from start to finish (currently in porgress).
